Estimation Suite is a set of tools for distributed teams.
While being designed with remote teams in mind, it would be a good fit for a “local” team too. It includes different estimation modes, such as Planning Poker and Distributed Estimation. It is also tightly integrated with JIRA, which makes creating an estimation session as easy as never before.
First Steps
As a team administrator, you are responsible for the initial configuration of your Estimation Suite account.
What needs to be done:
- Create a team
- Configure access to JIRA
- Invite team members
This is usually the most boring part, but the good news is—it has to be done only once.
