You can get to the configuration page from the header menu:

In order to link your Estimation Suite account with your JIRA instance you need to specify some data: JIRA base URL, username and password.

All changes to the issues (adding comments and editing Story Points) will be done on behalf of the specified user.

Due to this, it is recommended to create a separate user in JIRA.
